    Know that 1-on-1 Coaching Packages are tailored to you and your unique needs. Bring your challenges and desires to our introductory call and we can design a package specifically for you.

    Many clients choose to continue our work together beyond the 3 month mark. I find that this time frame is a good starting point. When we complete our first package we will check in about continuing our journey together.

  • Three month 1:1 Coaching packages start at $800 a month ($2400 total)

    This package includes:

    • A 75 minute session every other week (in person or virtual)

    • Home play assignments to complete between sessions to integrate our work in to your daily life

    • Between session text + voice note support from Julia

Sacred Bodywork

  • In this hands-on session we work with the physical body as a pathway to working with the emotional + energetic body to create space for more pleasure and power in your life.

    Our bodies store old memories, pain, trauma, limiting beliefs, and blocks to having all that we desire and deserve.

    When we work with our bodies to release these blocks our bodies become the seat of our pleasure, presence, and power.

    These sessions are intimate + deeply transformative. I often recommend pairing this type of work with a coaching package so that we can build connection and trust before diving in, though I will offer this type of session as a stand alone offering for those who feel ready to go there.

  • Three hour Sacred Bodywork Session $800

    • $200 deposit due upon booking

    • $600 paid on the day of the session

    This includes:

    • A 30 minute pre-session call where we connect + discuss your intentions for the session

    • Day of drop-in convo over tea where we set desires + boundaries for the session

    • 2+ hours of hands on body work, loving presence, emotional release, sacred spot de-armoring, manifestation

    • Cleansing + closing

    • Follow up check-in via voice note or text

We’ll begin to unpack what’s going on for you, create a vision for the love life you desire, and a plan to get you there.

From there we design a custom package tailored to support your growth.

FAQs

  • All in-person sessions are held in South Austin, near the intersection of Menchaca Road and Ben White Blvd. I’ll send you the exact address the day before our session.

    If you live elsewhere I’d love to connect with you virtually! Video call sessions are held via Zoom.

  • It takes consistency to make a shift that will stick! So much more gets uncovered and transformed when we have time to drop in and really get to know each other over time.

  • Payment is accepted in via Square, Venmo, or Cashapp. Please send payment at least 48 hours before our first session.

  • I appreciate if you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel for any reason.

    Clients agree to pay the full session price if they cancel with less than 24 hours notice in honor of the time and space reserved.

  • Yes! Each month I offer Latihan in Austin Texas. Latihan is a blindfolded movement meditation practice that is a great way to explore greater embodiment + sensuality. Learn more here.
