These sessions are intimate + deeply transformative.
I often recommend pairing this type of work with a coaching package so that we can build connection and trust before diving in, though I will offer this type of session as a stand alone offering for those who feel ready to go there.
You may also choose to book a series of Sacred Bodywork sessions as this work is a continuous journey. Each session reveals deeper layers of truth, healing and freedom.

One of the reasons I feel passionate about offering Sacred Bodywork Sessions to women in particular is that so many women have not had the opportunity to receive touch and explore their bodies without the pressure of getting turned on, performing, or giving back.
These sessions are a space where you get to be held in loving presence and attunement, with full permission to feel and express evvvvverything that needs to come through ~ whether it be rage, tears, pleasure, or something else entirely. ALL of you is welcome.

Step one is to pay your deposit + schedule our pre-session phone call
Take some time to tune in to your intentions for the session. It can be helpful to do some journaling to uncover your desires. You can use the questions on the Sacred Bodywork Intake Form as prompts to get you started
Try not to schedule too much for right before or right after the session. Spaciousness will aid you in getting the most out of our work together
Eat a nourishing meal 2-3 hours before our session, being mindful that you won’t want to feel super full during the session

There isn’t much you need to bring to the session besides yourself and your intentions.
I do recommend having a water bottle and a nourishing snack in the car for after the session.
You may also desire have a journal on hand in case you’d like to write down any insights afterwards. You can also voice record any downloads you receive on your phone.

I highly recommend giving yourself spaciousness after the session for slowness and self care.
This kind of session can create powerful shifts and transformations. Time to integrate is necessary.
It’s best not to schedule any work or big social events on the same day. If you live with a partner or a roommate you may like to let them know you’ll desire some down time afterwards.
